Sergei Kniazkin completed his internship at the European Court of Human Rights, holds the position of a 1st rank Counselor of the Republic of Tatarstan state service. Average cost of our services for the preparation of application to the European Court of Human Rights for legal entities varies from RUB 100 000, 00 to RUB 500 000, 00, for individuals – from RUB 50 000,00 to RUB 200 000,00 depending on the cjmplexity of the case. The ECHR applications’ preparation period lasts from 2 weeks to 1 month. The price includes legal evaluation of the perspectives of the applying to the ECHR, preparation of the application (including a preliminary application), sending of the application to the ECHR, legal support of the application during the complaints procedure, representing the case at the court hearings, preparation of the reply to the memorandum of the authorities in English and consulting on the process of the ECHR applications’ preparation.

High professionalism and the quality of work of the employees of our center are proved by a great number of cases won in the European Court (one of the last court victories was the case no. 28617/03 Belashev v. Russia) as well as a number of high profile cases our center is working on. One of them is Tagayeva and Others v. Russia (Application no. 26562/07 – it is the application by the mothers whose children died or were injured in the terroristic act in Beslan on September 1-3, 2004). It is essential that for legal entities along with the compensation for moral harm, the full compensation for material damage is prescribed.

In February 2014, the European Court communicated and accepted as admissible our application no. 52873/11 Petrov v. Russia. The Russian government acknowledged violations of Article 3 and Article 5 of the European Convention and was ready to pay the compensation. However, the applicant didn’t accept the sum of the compensation offered by the Government, therefore we are going to achieve the acknowledgment of the violation of the applicant’s rights and the payment of just compensation in a judicial procedure in Strasbourg. The new regulations concerning applying to the ECHR require a highly professional legal approach to the process. Strengthening of the requirements testifies that it will be quite difficult to achieve positive results at the ECHR without a professional lawyers’ assistance.

Only in the year 2013, the European Court of Human Rights declared more than 83 000 applications inadmissible and removed them from the list for consideration, the Court also refused the registration of more than 12 500 applications. Therefore, 90% of all applications by Russian applicants subject to consideration were declared by the ECHR to be inadmissible or raising doubts in their admissibility. The abovementioned statistics testifies that only 1 of 10 applications sent to the ECHR from Russian citizens were declared by the ECHR to be admissible and only a small number of those cases succeeded.

All 100 % of the applications prepared by our center were declared to be admissible by the European Court, some of the cases were won, others are a subject to consideration. This fact testifies the high professionalism and quality of the services provided by our center.
